Cancellation Policy
Credit cards or Oasis gift certificates are required to guarantee your reservation. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
 
Appointment Policy
Oasis asks that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointments. Spa clients will be issued lockers, robes and slippers to achieve total relaxation and comfort.
 
Product Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, you may receive a spa credit within 15 days of purchase. However, we cannot issue a credit for a product that has been depleted by 25% or more.
 
Client Loyalty Program
For every new client you refer, you will receive $10 spa dollars to be used toward any spa service or products.
 
Cell Phone Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy.
 
Child Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, we have a no children policy.
 
Gift Certificate Policy
Oasis Day Spa Gift Certificates are available for individual services, series, services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and completely transferrable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose. When redeeming a gift certificate for services and/or products, you must have the gift certificate in hand at time of sale.

Mondays 9:00am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday - Fridays 9:00am - 6:00 pm
after 6pm by appt. only
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00 pm
